“We Pray They’re Safe” Tanzanians React On Viral Kenyan Demonstration Videos

Seven months ago Kenyans exercised their democratic rights of electing new leaders an exercise that takes place after five years . Since then the presidential results have been disputed by the Azimio La Umoja Coalition members led by who was their presidential flag bearer Raila Odinga .

Few weeks ago the opposition leader called and asked Kenyans to show up for protests which he said will be taking place every Monday .

Yesterday a mass of people showed up and obeyed “baba” as it was seen on various counties . The peaceful demonstrations ended up destroying alot of properties and leaving many hurt .

The viral videos of police and citizens rioting have gone viral . As posted by Mange Kimambi a Tanzanian female activist , many Tanzanians have been seen calling out Kenyans saying that the demonstrations are of no need since economic crisis is a problem that is being experienced in the whole world .
