Ramanuj Gupta Junior College in Silchar has suspended seven students after they were caught engaging in immoral behavior and breaking rules.

Students are seen hugging and poking each other in the classroom at Ramanuj Gupta Junior College in Silchar in a video clip that has since gone viral on social media. The student in the same class recorded the video on a mobile device, which he then uploaded to social media.

Following the viral success of the video, the college administration suspended 7 of the students involved in the unruly behavior. The authority became aware of a small number of students who engaged in clearly visible acts of turpitude. Such behavior is a flagrant violation of the institution’s rules of conduct. The following students are therefore prohibited from attending classes (from 10/8/2022) until further notice,” the suspension notice reads.
